Pro-Tech Plumbing & Heating Corp. is a full-service, 24-hour plumbing and heating firm founded in September 1994 by Vincent J. Tolins and Joseph L. Minarik, serving the NYC high-end residential community across Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. Based in Whitestone, the firm holds a NYC Master Plumber license (#1375) and a NYS backflow prevention device tester certification, and handles repair and maintenance, new installations, drain cleaning, backflow testing and water tank cleaning.
