Royal Concrete & Masonry Corp. is an expert in building exteriors, covering construction, restoration and ongoing maintenance for premier commercial and residential buildings in New York City, working with developers, architects, property managers and general contractors. Its work spans building envelope restoration including facades, parapets, windows and metal, roofing and waterproofing systems, vaulted sidewalks and gel injection grouting, and structural repair and compliance work such as Local Law 126 garage rehabilitation, concrete restoration and shoring. A field crew of more than 70 masons, welders, ironworkers and laborers executes the work under 15 project managers and superintendents.
